Throughout the years, some of the most common tracker enquiries that we have received have related to both size, and the ability to fit in a whole host of objects and spaces.
Whilst although there have been several small GPS trackers released on the market over the years, the small size usually means having to compromise on either quality, battery power, functionality, or all of the above.
TrackerShop's ongoing quest to be at the forefront in development and progression in the GPS tracker market, means we are now proud to introduce to you our latest range of versatile, covert and of course, small GPS trackers.
Being wrapped in this way means that these trackers cannot get any smaller!
The ULTRA MINI BULLET measures at 60mm x 25mm x 20mm, and weighs just 40 grams.
The ULTRA THIN RAZOR is approximately 100mm x 23mm x 10mm, and weighs just 41 grams.
(In battery Save Mode, you can even exceed 3 weeks of use between charges.)
It's worth noting that you may see a few GPS devices of a smaller size; but where this new range emphatically deliver, is in sheer accuracy, durability, and battery power.
The fact that the devices are waterproof allows them so many further uses that other units on the market just cannot withstand.
Furthermore, the 'Ultra range' of mini GPS trackers has opened up a whole world of options when it comes to protecting and monitoring vulnerable individuals, smaller assets, and can also be concealed in more awkward places that had not been an option before.
Just one prominent example of this is the ability to conceal these in false bottoms of padded envelopes, in order to allow transportation through the postal service!
The fact that these trackers are charged on a power mat, opposed to plugging in to a charging port, is not just designed to be a cool feature, and a nod to how we may well be charging all devices in the future.
It is actually predetermined, to allow you to still charge your device whilst it is concealed in items; such as clothing, hand bags and luggage etc.
The tracker can stay in the lining of the item, and charges through the fabric.
This is particularly important when you are using the device as a personal tracker to protect vulnerable individuals.
Not only is this a more convenient method of charging, but can actually be a vital feature for when you need to track individuals, particularly with dementia.
The item can stay securely sewn in to a jacket, a hood, pocket, bag etc, which reduces the chance of the item being lost or thrown away.
The uses are becoming more and more prominent, vast and varied by the day.
And with a whole array of features, from geo fencing to mast locating capabilities, the Ultra Minis are quickly gaining a justified reputation of being small but mighty!
If you have any further uses of your own, please let us know.
