So what next?

  1. Purchase your S7 tracker by ordering online or calling us on 03300552777 (you can also choose to pay for your subscription at this stage too). A member of the fitting team will then arrange a time, date, and location for your fitting that best suits your schedule.
  2. Our mobile engineer will visit you at the agreed appointment time to fully install and activate your tracker.
  3. The Vodafone team will send your completion certificate for you to provide to your insurance co.
  4. That’s it! You’re now fully insured against theft and ready to enjoy your vehicle!

24/7 CONTROL ROOM MONITORING
All insurance approved vehicle trackers provide a 24/7 Control Room service.
This means that, if your vehicle is stolen at any time, there are professional control staff ready to liaise directly with the police to guide them to your vehicle’s exact location.

Most car insurance trackers will include European coverage as standard. The majority of vehicles with a tracker fitted are recovered within just a few hours of the theft being reported. Therefore, it is rare for a stolen vehicle to leave the country.

However, European coverage means that you can drive your vehicle abroad and still benefit from the full tracking service.

STOLEN VEHICLE RECOVERY
In the event of a theft, the monitoring Control Room will use the real-time tracking information to guide the police to the vehicle.

They will also deploy a recovery team to collect your vehicle.

BATTERY DISCONNECT/TAMPER ALERTS
Your insurance approved trackers are installed in an undisclosed covert location on your vehicle.

There will be several authorised positions on each make/model to minimise the chance of it being found.

Most thieves will not spend time at the crime scene trying to second guess if there is a tracker on the vehicle and/or where it is located.

However, if anyone does tamper with the device or the vehicle battery, an instant alert will be triggered in the Control Room.

COMPLETION CERTIFICATE
Once installation is complete you will be provided with a completion certificate from the control room service that you have chosen.

Simply forward this on to your insurance provider and they will update and fully validate your insurance policy to cover your vehicle for theft.
