IS IT HARD TO INSTALL MY OBD TRACKER?

No! It’s quick and easy to install your OBD tracker. Simply locate the OBD port under your steering wheel and plug your tracker in directly. That’s it! You’re now ready to track your vehicle(s) through your mapping panel.

DOES MY OBD TRACKER WORK STRAIGHT OUT THE BOX?

Yes it does. Just plug it straight in to your OBD port and log in to your mapping app. When it comes to vehicle / car tracker systems, the Trackport is one of the quickest ways to get up and running. CAN I TRANSFER MY OBD GPS TRACKER FROM ONE VEHICLE TO ANOTHER?

Yes! Whenever you need to switch your vehicle tracking device from one vehicle to another, just unplug your device and the re-insert in to the new vehicle’s OBD port- the same way as the original.

CAN I HAVE ALL OF MY OBD TRACKERS LINKED TO ONE MAPPING PANEL?

Yes. If are using multiple OBD GPS trackers, then you can view them all from your main mapping panel. Trackershop will link your trackers all to the same panel. Just log in and you will see all of them on a single panel. You can have any Trackershop devices linked up, not just OBD trackers - magnetic GPS trackers, the hardwired ProFleetman or any combination are all compatible.

DO I NEED A NEW SUBSCRIPTION IF I PUT MY OBD TRACKER IN TO A NEW VEHICLE?

No. Your PAYG subscription applies to your OBD tracker directly. There are no extra costs or limitation as to how many times you transfer your tracker from one vehicle to another. As long as there is an active subscription, it will just carry on tracking as soon as it is plugged in.
