All Trackershop credit plans are on a PAYG (Pay As You go) principle. No contracts or commitments, you only ever pay for what you need. Your Unlimited Plan is added to your device automatically when purchased online or over the phone. You do not need to receive anything in the post or activate online – your credit is applied for you remotely.
 
Your 12 Month Plan allows you 24/7 unlimited tracking, as well as unlimited motion/zone/battery/speed/SOS alerts via app notification and/or email.
You can also receive notifications via text message (this will deduct 1 SMS per message).

How to apply a PAYG credit plan

Topping up an existing GPS tracker: Returning customers topping up existing tracker(s), simply type in the tracker ID(s) into the Tracker ID box on this product page. This is the 6 digit number allocated to your tracker.
 
What if I have changed the 6 digit ID to another name? 
You can still reference the original 6 digit number if you have a record of it. This will still be logged on the Trackershop system, so there will be no issue or delay in applying your credit plan.
If you do not have this number, you can enter the User ID (login number) for your panel, then a comma (,) and then the name(s) of the tracker(s) that you are applying a plan to.   
 
What if I am topping up multiple trackers on my account?
That's absolutely fine! Simply type in the main User ID for the account. Then add a comma, and then the Tracker ID/name of each tracker. You can then select the quantity needed, press 'Add To Basket', and complete check-out process. 
 
What if I top up my tracker(s) BEFORE their renewal date?
That's absolutely fine! Your new plan will be automatically set to start on the renewal date. This means that you can top up in advance, and there will be no interruption in your tracking. 
 
For a new GPS tracker: If you are purchasing your credit package at the same time as a new GPS tracker, your credits will be automatically programmed to start on the day your new GPS tracker is delivered to you. You will not need to activate your credits- and your tracking device will be ready to use straight away. Alternatively, you can also apply your plan on the tracker product page - just select your preferred plan from the drop-down menu on the page. 
For new customers, you will be sent a Device/Account ID when you purchase your new GPS tracker. You can then use this ID as a reference for future Top Up Credit purchases.
Credits purchased online out of office hours will still be added to your tracking device(s) remotely. Please be aware this may take up to one hour. Credits purchased after 22:00 may not be added until the following morning. Your credit package expiry/renewal date is displayed on the left side of your mapping panel and at the bottom of your app’s mapping page. You also receive 100 SMS Credits with your 1 Month tracking plan.

SMS Credits are used when you send one of the following messages from your Commands tab:

  • GPS tracker’s report time
  • ‘Instant Locate’
  • ‘Reboot Device’

You will also use SMS credits if you have set your tracker(s) to send you text alert messages for:

  • Zone Alerts
  • Motion Alerts
  • Battery Alerts
  • SOS Alerts
You can also set your alerts to be sent as an email. This will not deduct an SMS credit and is a free message.  Please note: Each GPS tracker must have an active PAYG credit plan applied for it to track in real-time. Each GPS tracker must have its own credit plan applied.

If you are still within your subscription date when you top up, your new Unlimited subscription will start when your current one expires. If you have a specific date you need your credit to begin, please add the date in to the notes box at checkout. When not using your tracker for extended time periods, please ensure you switch it on, and allow it to update its position at least every 6 months. This will ensure inactive SIMs are not disconnected by the service provider.
