COVID-19 CUSTOMER UPDATE FROM TRACKERSHOP
Dear Trackershop Customer,
In light of the recent COVID-19 outbreak, we would like to inform our customers of the following updates in these areas of our business:
GPS Tracker Deliveries-
For all products that are delivered (and not installed by one of our engineers), we are aiming to fulfill all orders as normal.
Any orders placed before 13:00 Mon-Fri are still being dispatched on our next day DPD delivery service.
Thatcham Tracker Installations -
The COVID-19 outbreak has meant that we have had to place some limitations on our nationwide installation service.
We are currently still able to offer mobile installations throughout some areas of the UK. Before placing any orders, please contact us on 0330 055 2777 or E-mail email@example.com to confirm availability.
Trackershop’s number one priority Is the health and safety of both our customers and engineers. Subsequently, we have put strict procedures in place to ensure that there is no contact between the customer and engineer and government guidance is upheld. You will be provided with these details by our installations team upon booking your installation.
Tracking Software & Subscription Renewals -
There will be no interruptions to our GPS Trackershop or MoreFleet Software and APPS, any subscription top-ups that are purchased via our website will still be applied to your account automatically.
