CAT 2 Immobiliser
  • Supplied with 2 proximity fobs (spares can be purchased if needed and old fobs can be deleted from the system).
  • Thatcham Category 2 device. Recognised by all UK insurance companies that require a Thatcham CAT 2 immobiliser
  • Automatically arms the vehicle after 30-60 seconds of the vehicle’s ignition being switched off.
  • Completely Prevents the engine from starting without the proximity fob being present in the vehicle.
  • Certificate of installation provided straight away upon completion of installation to be provided to the insurance company.
  • 4 digit override pin is provided so the vehicle can be started if both fobs are lost and can be used in case of emergency.
  • Dual Circuit immobilisation
  • Manual Override – Can be overridden if the touch key is lost or damaged.
  • Four Transponder tags can be programmed at any one time
 
3 year warranty on this package and fully transferable to a new vehicle. 
 
The CAT 2 Immobiliser does not have any ongoing running costs. However, due to the proactive monitoring service that you get with a CAT S7 tracker, you will have an ongoing subscription - paid directly to ScorpionTrack.
