Here you can buy position report and sms (text message) credits for your tracker. Three options for you:
TOP-UP POSITION REPORTS
Choose the amount of positions you would like to add to your tracker account. Required for Track-Pod, Enforcer, Micro, Predator and Fleetman trackers.
Position credits are required to enable the details of your tracker's position to be communicated via the GPRS network to your mapping panel.
In your Easy-Track tracking panel you can quickly see how many positions are remaining in your account on the left side. Positions are sent only when the device is moving, however you can request a position at any time you’d like by simply pressing the ‘Locate me now !’ button.
Please note that once you reach zero credits your panel will not update your tracker's position until you top-up.
TOP-UP SMS COMMAND CREDITS
Choose the amount of SMS command credits you would like to be added to your tracker account.
SMS credits are used when you send a command or a request to your Track-Pod, Micro or Enforcer tracker from the administration page of the tracking panel. SMS credit is also used when you are informed that a virtual fence has been breached or when you receive an address on your mobile number after calling your tracker.
You can quickly see your SMS credits remaining on the left side of your Easy-Track mapping panel.
TOP-UP SENTINEL TRACKER POSITION CREDITS
For Sentinel tracker users: credit is required to enable the tracker to pass location reports, upon request, to your mobile phone.
Please note that when using a Sentinel outside the UK the amount of position reports credited from a purchase may be less than indicated. This is due to the increased costs resulting from international roaming.
**Please note: clients with groups of trackers may pay for position credits and have the credits spread across their individual trackers. Call us for assistance.
