CAR TRACKER FROM TRACKERSHOP HELPS MY MUM KEEP HER INDEPENDENCE

My name is Linda and I've been using a car tracker to monitor my elderly mother as she goes about her day to day business by car. As she is nearing 76 now, she isn't quite as confident in her driving as she used to be and finds having a car tracker attached to her vehicle extremely reassuring. Using the tracker, I am able to monitor her whereabouts, create safezones and receive alerts if she has taken a wrong turn somewhere. Since using the tracker (The Bolt) , my mum finds herself panicking a lot less and I too feel far more at ease when she drives alone. As I'm sure anybody with an older parent knows, they want and deserve their independence but we, their families, also want to be able to protect them and ensure that they're safe and simply ok every day. We have gone from finding mum was steadily losing confidence in her driving to seeing her really increase the length of her journeys. Just the other day, my mum travelled up north from London, an almost 3 and a half hour journey and I didn't have to worry at all! Using the tracker with its mapping panel, I was able to track her entire journey at regular intervals with updates of her whereabouts every 5 seconds just using my phone, which was fantastic! Not to mention that as part of our next family trip to France she has asked to shoulder part of the driving, a real turn of events! It's just been nice to see her return to her bubbly former self and TrackerShop's car tracker has definitely been a huge force behind that change. She used to feel obligated to ring me regularly to assure us she had reached a checkpoint safely and at the right time but now this is no longer required at all - a relief to us both! The magnet physically attaching the tracker itself to her car hasn't moved once since its attachment and I know it is a good quality product that does exactly as described on the website. I was able to attach the tracker to the car confidently myself using TrackerShop's YouTube tutorials and haven't had to remove it or check it since.

From the offset, I wanted my mother to also understand the product, its features and why we would be using it. The staff at trackershopuk spoke to her directly on the phone and explained things clearly in a way that she understood perfectly. She commented that they were both patient and polite with all of her queries and used words that made their explanation accessible to someone who has had no prior experience with GPS of any kind.

When travelling alone, mum also likes to check the app to remind herself of where she has parked the car and to ensure that it is exactly where she has left it! This reassures her against theft of her car and gives her that much desired independence without her having to constantly seek the help of her family. I think I speak for the whole family when I say we couldn't be happier!
