Designed to parents keep an eye on their children when out and about. It will direct the user by audio and LED light indicators (on the handset) right up to the locator unit which can attach to a childs belt or bag, and is covered with a "Teddy Bear" sleeve to disguise it's true function. The unit will operate up to a maximum of 500 meters across open line of sight although this distance will reduce with obstructions between the locator and handset.

 

It is also armed with a very sensitive distance sensor which will set of an alarm on the handset the very moment that the locator unit is moved outside a pre-selected range. If the child wanders outside a 20m or 50m range from the parent handset a 95dB alarm is triggered on both the parent and child unit.

 

Supplied with all you need to get going, including batteries. The handset and locator unit are quick to connect and from that point just take the handset with you. When you want to find the locator unit just press the button on the handset. It scans and finds the locator unit and directs you to the locator with lights on the handset and audible bleeps which increase in frequency as you approach the locator.

 

There are similar and more expensive units on the market in the UK. We have tested them and this unit beats it hands down for price and range.
